| 설명 | 항원 혹은 항체의 존재여부와 양을 알아보는 아주 민감한 방법으로, 항원을 정량할 때는 항체와 방사성물질로 표시된 항원을 표본에 넣은 후 항원만 존재하는 분획과 항원과 항체가 결합되어 있는 분획을 분리해 내어, 각각의 방사능을 측정하여 표본의 항원량을 알아낸다. 즉, 표본항원의 양은 항원만 존재하는 분획의 방사능과는 비례관계에 있고, 항원-항체 분획과는 반비례관계에 있으므로 이들의 관계로 표본의 항원의 양을 계산해 낼 수 있다. 이런 방법은 여러 가지 면에서 장점도 있으나 방사능에 폭로된다는 단점이 있어 요즘은 효소면역측정법을 많이 사용한다. |
