| 설명 | 단단하고 거친 잔주름들이 커져서 더 뚜렷이 나타나는 피부병. 건조하고 딱딱해진 피부로 인해서 피부에 정상적으로 존재하는 손금 등의 선이 더 뚜렷해지는 것. 피부염이 오래 경과할 때 생긴다. 표피 전체와 진피의 일부가 가죽처럼 두꺼워지는 현상으로 피부는 광택을 잃고 유연함이 없어지며 딱딱해지고 피부 주름이 뚜렷해진다. 만성 단순태선, 아토피 피부염, 결절성 가려움 발진 등의 만성 가려움증 피부질환에서 흔하다. |
