| 설명 | 측면으로 봐서 허리뼈의 만곡이 비정상적으로 돌출된 상태. 원인에 따라 선천성-경직성-구루병성-이완성-직업성-노인성으로 분류된다. 선천성이라 함은 척주에 선천기형을 수반하는 것, 또는 자궁 안에서의 척주후만이 될 수밖에 없는 위치 때문에 척주뒤굽음이 고정된 것을 말한다. 경직성은 지능이 낮은 사람에게서 볼 수 있는 경우가 있으며, 가족적-유전적이다. 무릎관절을 굴곡하여 일어서게 되고, 척주는 활모양으로 뒤로 굽는다. 구루병성은 구루병이 원인이 되어 뒤굽음을 초래하는 것, 이완성은 학동기의 불량자세에 의하여 일어나는 척주의 뒤굽음을 일컫는다. 직업성은 전굴위의 자세로 장시간 작업에 종사하는 자에게서 볼 수 있고, 노인성은 앉아서 생활을 하는 한국-일본 등의 노인에게서 볼 수 있다. |
