| 설명 | 비포합형 빌리루빈이 뇌세포에 침착되어 일어나는 신경 증후군이다. 만삭아에 비해서 미숙아일수록 위험이 크다. 초기에 나타나는 증상으로는 젖을 잘 빨지 않고 활동이 적어지며, 근장력이 떨어진다. 후기에는 근의 경직성이 증가되며, 폐출혈이 일어날 수 있다. 후유증으로는 지능 장애, 운동기능부조, 귀먹어리, 뇌성마비가 올 수 있다. |
