| 설명 | 각막의 염증. 각막은 투명하고 가운데가 볼록하게 나온 조직이며, 그 부분에 결핵, 매독 등 전신성 전염병이나 트라코마, 유행성 결막염 등 눈의 전염병, 눈이 받는 물리적-화학적 자극(외상이나 산-알칼리 등) 등이 원인이 되어 변화를 일으키는 병이다. |

| 설명 | 1~3세 소아에서 보는 입주위의 염증중 가장 흔한 원인이 되는 병이다. 병의 진행에 따라 피부병터가 생기기 이전의 전구기와 피부의 병변이 생기는 발진기로 나눌 수가 있다. 전구기에 고열(39.4~40.0℃) 및 구강의 동통을 동반하면서 급속히 발병할 수도 있고, 보채면서 서서히 발병할 수도 있다. 발진기에는 잇몸이 빨갛게 되고, 구강 점막에 작은 물집이 생긴다. 이 물집은 곧 터져 작은 궤양이 생기고, 그 위에 회백색의 곱이 낀다. 입에서는 특이한 냄새가 나고, 잇몸에서 출혈이 있다. 기타 임상 증세로 대개 턱 밑의 림프절이 커져 있다. 입이 아파서 음식을 잘 먹지 않고 보채며, 물을 먹지 않아서 탈수증이 나타나는 수도 있다. 대개 10일간 경과하고 저절로 낫게 된다. |
