| 설명 | 난소에 발생한 낭. 여기에는 단순한 물혹인 낭이 있고 종양성 낭이 있다. 낭이란, 막으로 둘러 싸여져 있으며, 안에는 액체가 차있는 병터를 말한다. 이런 낭형태의 종양으로는 피부모양낭종(dermoid cyst), 낭샘종(cystadenoma) 등이 있다. 이들의 감별진단은 환자의 예후에 결정적이므로 반드시 시행되어야 하나, 그 방법은 수술에 의해서 낭종을 절제하여 병리학적으로 구분하는 수밖에 없다. |

| 설명 | 위턱을 형성하는 좌우 한 쌍의 뼈. 윗부분은 옆머리뼈에 연결되고, 가장자리에는 윗니가 있다. 얼굴두개의 중앙에 있는 한 쌍의 뼈로 위턱체, 이마돌기, 광대뼈돌기, 입천장돌기, 이틀돌기로 구성된다. 위턱체는 위턱굴이라고 불리는 공동을 갖으며, 위턱굴열공으로서 비강으로 열린다. 위의 4돌기는 상방으로는 코뼈, 이마뼈, 눈물뼈, 벌집뼈, 보습뼈, 광대뼈와 또한 후방으로는 입천장뼈 및 나비뼈, 날개돌기와 결합하고 있다. |
