| 설명 | 설사를 일으키는 데 쓰이는 약이다. 즉 변비가 있는 환자에서 인위적으로 설사를 일으켜, 그 증상의 해소를 목적으로 하고 있다. 변비로 인해 생길 수 있는 치질, 탈장, 뇌졸증을 방지하기 위해 또는 장내 독성물질을 제거하거나 큰창자를 깨끗이 할 필요(곧창자보개 검사, 큰창자 조영술)가 있을 때 쓰는 약물을 말한다. 설사를 유발하는 약을 말함. 이에 비해 설사를 멈추는 약은 지사제라 한다. |
