| 설명 | 갱년기에 호발하는 우울증으로 여성에서는 40대 후반, 남성에서는 50대 후반에 주로 나타나며, 여성 대 남성의 비율은 대략 3 대 1정도이다. 강박적인 성격의 소유자에서 발생하기 쉬우며, 전형적인 우울증에서 보이는 비애, 침울보다는 고민, 불안의 색채가 강하고 침착하지 못하며 초조, 흥분이 두드러지게 나타난다. 자살의 위험이 특히 많은 우울증으로서 전기 치료에 효과가 좋은 편이다. |

| 설명 | 눈꺼풀의 가장자리가 안쪽, 즉 눈알쪽으로 말려 들어가는 것으로, 안구에 대한 지속적 자극으로 인해 각막 궤양 및 반흔을 형성할 수 있다. 증상은 충혈, 자극, 눈물남을 나타낸다. 속눈썹이 각막에 닿기 때문에 이물감-눈물남-눈부심이 일어나고, 각막에 작은 상처가 생기거나 흐려져서 시력이 나빠진다. ① 반흔성속말림 : 트라코마-외상 등으로 결막-결막하조직-검판에 새긴 반흔의 경련으로 일어나며, 속눈썹난생을 수반하는 경우가 많다. ② 경련성속말림 : 눈꺼풀의 경련이나 안대의 압박 등으로 눈둘레근이 수축할 때 눈꺼풀이 가장자리가 안쪽으로 압박되어 생기는 것으로, 거의 아랫눈꺼풀에 나타난다. 원인을 제거하는 것이 치료의 첩경이다. |
