| 설명 | 피부에 A군 베타용혈사슬알균의 감염으로 인해서 생기는 피부병. 처음에 물집(맑은 액체를 포함하고 있는 피부의 융기물)이 발생하여 후에 딱지가 형성되는 피부병으로 학령기 이전의 어린이에서 호발하며 늦은 여름과 초가을에 많이 발생한다. 건강한 소아도 감염될 수 있으나 빈혈, 영양불량, 비위생적 환경, 밀집된 주거생활에서 잘 발생하며 이, 옴, 수두나 다른 병에 겹쳐서 나타날 수 있다. 작고 붉은색을 띠는 피부병터로 시작한 후에 즉시 표재성 물집이 형성되고 파열되어 얕은 미란(아주 얕게 점막의 조직이 결손이 있는 경우)이 발생한다. 진물이 나와 미란 주위에 말라붙어 황색 딱지가 형성되는데 이것이 고름딱지증의 특징적 소견이다. 합병증이 없는 경우는 흉터를 남기지 않고 치유된다. 병터 부위를 깨끗이 씻고 딱지를 제거하고 항생제를 바르고 새로운 병터가 나타나지 않게 된 후에도 며칠간 더 바르는 것이 좋다. 병터가 넓게 퍼져 있거나 고열 등이 있을 때는 항생제를 전신적으로 투여한다. |
