| 설명 | 하수체의 전엽이 장애됨으로써 하수체전엽호르몬의 일부 또는 전부가 분비 저하된 병적상태. 원인으로 하수체 종양, 두개인두종, 솔방울샘종양, 쉬한증후군, 수술-방사선 조사의 후유증, 외상 등이 있다. 성장호르몬의 부족이 성장기 전에 일어나면 소인증이 된다. 모든 호르몬의 분비가 장애를 받는 경우도 있고, 몇 종 또는 한가지 호르몬의 분비에 장애가 있는 경우도 있다. 각 호르몬 분비의 장애 정도에 따라 갖가지 다른 증상이 나타난다. 증상은 생식샘자극호르몬의 분비장애로 인한 무월경, 겨드랑이털, 두덩털의 탈락, 부신겉질자극호르몬의 분비장애로 인한 전신권태, 저혈압, 저혈당, 갑상샘자극호르몬 분비장애로 인한 피부건조, 무기력 등을 들 수 있다. 치과적으로는 턱뼈의 발육지연 또는 치아의 맹출지연 등을 볼 수 있다. |
