| 설명 | 부갑상샘호르몬은 혈중에 칼슘의 농도를 높이는 역할을 한다. 즉 뼈속에 들어있는 칼슘을 분해하여 혈중으로 내보내고 콩팥에 작용을 하여서 소변으로 체외로 배설되는 칼슘의 재흡수를 촉진시키고 소화관에서 칼슘의 흡수를 촉진시킨다. 부갑상샘 기능저하증이란 부갑샘호르몬의 분비가 감소하거나 부갑상샘호르몬의 생물학적 효과가 없어서 생기는 병이다. 이때에는 콩팥과 뼈에 대한 부갑상샘호르몬의 생리학적 작용의 감퇴로 인하여 저칼슘혈증과 과인혈증을 일으킨다. 그리고 칼슘의 농도의 저하에 의해서 강축(tetany)이라는 상태가 생기는 데 이것은 혈액이나 조직내 저칼슘때문에 나타나는 신경과 근육의 과자극흥분성을 나타내는 것이다. 즉 조그만 자극에도 신경과 근육이 흥분을 하여서 근육의 수축을 일으키는 것이다. |
