| 설명 | 지라의 기능은 여러 가지가 있다. 그 중의 대표적인 것은 면역에 관계한다는 것과 오래된 혈구세포를 없애는 것이다. 지라의 기능이 항진된 경우를 지라기능 항진증이라고 한다. 지라의 기능이 항진되면 혈구세포를 과다하게 없애서 빈혈, 백혈구 감소 혹은 혈소판감소가 나타나는데, 이러한 때를 지라기능항진증이라 하며, 해부학적인 변화나 하나의 진단명을 나타내는 것은 아니다. 지라에 1차적인 병이 없이 지라기능항진이 올 경우 이것을 원발성 지라기능항진증이라 하며, 예후는 비교적 좋으나 지라의 병터에 의하여 비롯된 지라기능항진을 2차성지라기능항진증이라 하며, 예후는 그리 좋지 않다. |
