| 설명 | 원래 태아의 장조직에서 정상적으로 존재하는 물질로 태아기 이후에는 존재하지 않는 물질이다. 그러나 위, 간, 허파 등의 암이 있는 경우에 성인에서도 존재한다. 이를 이용해서 암의 치료효과 판정이나 재발여부의 조사에 이용한다. |
