| 설명 | 산부인과에서 쓰이는 말로써, 임신시 발생하는 태반과 같은 조직의 비정상적인 성장으로 융모막상피가 증식하여 포도처럼 자라는 것으로 특징지어지는 병적상태를 말한다. 이 병은 그 정도에 따라 양성과 악성으로 나누어 분류하고 있으며, 역시 이에 따라 치료도 달라진다. 대개 화학요법에 반응이 좋아 심한 상태가 아니면, 예후는 좋은 편이다. |

| 설명 | 포상기태는 융모의 낭성팽창과 영양모세포의 증식을 특징으로 하며, 완전형과 부분형이 있다. 완전포도송이기태(complete mole)는 태반을 이루는 모든 DNA(2n개)가 정자로부터만 유래하여 발생한 것. 염색체 검사결과는 대부분 46, XX이고, 소수에서 46, XY이다. 즉 핵 DNA가 없거나 불활성화된 난자에 23, X 혹은 23, Y의 DNA를 가진 두 개의 정자, 혹은 46, XX와 한개의 정자가 수정됨으로써 형성되며 이 현상을 안드로겐증(androgenosis)이라 한다. |
