| 설명 | 베타용혈사슬알균에 의한 접촉전염성의 피부 및 피하 조직의 병으로, 전신증상을 동반하는 환부의 발적과 부종을 특징으로 한다. 환부의 경계가 명확하고 번들거리며, 발적, 부종, 압통이 있고 단단하게 만져진다. 때로 작은 물집과 큰물집이 생길 수 있으며, 얼굴과 다리(발가락 사이)가 대표적인 호발 부위다. 고열, 오한, 무력감이 동반된다. |

| 설명 | 한 산모에서 3회 이상의 연속적인 자연유산이 일어나는 것. 원인은 흔히 있는 태아 쪽의 원인과 모체 쪽의 원인인 자궁발육부전, 자궁의 모양-위치의 이상 등이 있다. 특히 과거의 분만이나 인공임신중절로 인한 자궁목의 열상 때문에 자궁목부가 몹시 이완된 자궁목무력증이 그 원인인 경우가 많다. 임신중기 이후에는 특별한 자각증세도 없이 어느 사이에 자궁구가 열려서 대개는 파수되어 유산해버리는 예가 많다. 이 병으로 유산을 되풀이하고 있는 여성에 대해서는 자궁목을 결찰했다가 분만 직전 실을 제거하는 방법이 사용된다. |
