| glycerate dehydrogenase |
[EC 1.1.1.29] an enzyme of the oxidoreductase class that catalyzes the reduction of hydroxypyruvate to form D-glycerate, using NADH as an electron donor. Deficiency of the enzyme is believed to be a cause of primary hyperoxaluria, type II, and of D-glycericacidemia.
