| 설명 | 1. 항문으로부터 방출된 가스체. 장내용물의 발효에 의해 생겨난 가스와 음식물과 함께 입을 통해 들어간 공기가 혼합된 것이다. 습관적으로 음식물을 삼킬 때 공기를 삼키기 쉬운 사람은 방귀량이 많고, 또는 음식물이나 변비 등으로 장내발효가 쉽게 일어나는 상태가 되면 방귀는 더 늘어난다. 방귀는 창자의 꿈틀운동이 멎거나 통과가 좋지 않을 때는 배출이 안 되므로 장페색일 경우 방귀 방출의 유무가 진단상 매우 중요하다. 2. 위장관내에 기체 또는 공기가 차 있는 것. |
