| 설명 | 보통 두 개의 내장 사이에 또는 내장에서 신체표면으로 통해 있는 비정상적인 통로. 길이 또는 깊이를 작고 있는 경우를 샛길이라고 하며, 이것이 점막, 또는 피부로 열린 부위를 샛길구멍이라고 한다. 염증의 파급으로 화농성 샛길구멍으로서 형성되는 경우가 많으며, 선천기형으로서 형성되는 것도 있다. |

| anus, imperforate | Persistence of the anal membrane, so that the anus is closed. The defect is not always complete; sometimes a narrow opening permits the passage of the bowel contents.
