| 설명 | 활액막염은 관절의 활액막이 외상이나 염증으로 인해 자극을 받아 혈구와 단백질섬유를 함유하는 점액을 생성함으로써 관절이 붓고, 굽히거나 펴는 동작이 제한되는 병이다. 대개 관절을 자유롭게 움직이지 못하며, 통증-경련이 동반된다. 이 병은 크게 외상성 윤활막염, 색소융모결절성 윤활막염, 급성 일과성 엉덩관절윤활막염으로 나뉜다. 외상성 윤활막염은 주로 무릎뼈가 외상을 입은 뒤에 잘 나타나는데 20~40세 남성의 무릎관절에서 증세가 시작되어 엉덩관절-팔꿈치관절-발관절 순으로 나타난다. 색소융모결절윤활막염은 비교적 희귀한 경우로서 융모를 가진 결절을 형성하면서 서서히 진행되는 것이 특징이다. 급성일과성 엉덩관절윤할막염은 4~10세 남자 어린이의 한쪽 다리에 나타나 파행적인 걸음을 걷게 된다. |
