| 설명 | 임신 중이나 분만 중의 태아의 상태를 알아보는 것을 태아감시라고 한다. 여기에는 여러 가지 방법이 있는데 크게 분만전 태아감시와 분만중 태아감시로 크게 나눈다. 1. 분만전 태아감시는 분만하기 이전의 태아의 상태를 검사하는 방법으로 다음과 같은 여러 가지 방법이 있다. 1)양수천자-주사기를 이용해서 산모의 배를 통해서 양수를 얻어서 분석하여 태아의 상태를 알아보는 방법. 임신 15주 이상에서 실시할 수가 있다. 2)탯줄천자-초음파검사를 실시하여 영상을 보면서 탯줄속에 바늘을 넣어서 그곳의 혈관을 찾아 혈액을 채취하여 검사하는 방법. 3)스트레스검사-태아도 자궁속에서 운동을 한다. 그리고 정상적으로 태아가 자궁속에서 운동을 할 경우에는 태아의 심장 박동이 빨라지게 된다. 태아의 운동과 태아의 심장박동을 동시에 감시하여 운동시에 태아의 심장박동이 빨라지는 가를 알아보는 것이다. 4)태아청각자극검사-30주 이상이 된 태아는 소리의 자극에 대해서 반응을 한다. 즉 소리를 들려주었을 경우에 태아가 반응을 해서 심장의 박동수가 증가를 한다. 5)수축스트레스검사-정상적인 태아는 자궁이 수축하면 이에 반응을 해서 심박수가 변화한다. 이것을 이용하여 태아의 상태를 검사하는 방법이다. 2. 분만중 태아감시 분만도중에 태아의 건강상태를 감시하는 것이다. 대체로 분만도중에 태아가 저산소증이나 여러 가지 충격을 받는 경우가 많으므로 분만도중의 태아감시는 중요한 의미를 가진다. 1)전자식태아감시-전기적 장치를 이용하여 태아의 상태를 알아보는 것으로 감시의 대상은 자궁의 수축과 태아의 심장박동수이다. 2)태아머리덮개 표본채취 혈액-분만도중에 태아의 두피의 혈관에서 혈액을 채취하여 검사를 통해서 태아의 상태를 아는 방법이다. 주로 검사를 행하는 종목은 혈액의 pH이다. |

| Aarskog syndrome | <syndrome> Grier et al. (1983) reported father and 2 sons with typical Aarskog syndrome, including short stature, hypertelorism, and shawl scrotum. They tabulated the findings in 82 previous cases. X-linked recessive inheritance has been repeatedly suggested. The family reported by Welch (1974) had affected males in 3 consecutive generations. Thus, there is either genetic heterogeneity or this is an autosomal dominant with strong sex-influence and possibly ascertainment bias resulting from use of the shawl scrotum as a main criterion. Stretchable skin was present in the cases of Grier et al. (1983). Teebi et al. (1993) reported the case of an affected mother and 4 sons (including a pair of monozygotic twins) by 2 different husbands. They suggested that the manifestations were as severe in the mother as in the sons and that this suggested autosomal dominant inheritance. Actually, the mother seemed less severely affected, compatible with X-linked inheritance. Clinical signs: Mild to moderate short stature,normocephaly, Widow's peak hair, maxillary hypoplasia, broad nasal bridge, anteverted nostrils, long philtrum, broad upper lip, curved linear dimple below the lower lip, hypertelorism, ptosis, down-slanted palpebral fissures, ophthalmoplegia, strabismus, hyperopic astigmatism, large cornea, floppy ears, lop-ears,cleft lip/palate, shawl scrotum, saddle-bag scrotum, cryptorchidism, brachydactyly, digital contractures, clinodactyly, mild syndactyly, transverse palmar crease, lymphoedema of the feet, ligamentous laxity, osteochondritis dissecans, proximal finger joint hyperextensibility, flexed distal finger joints, genu recurvatum, flat feet, stretchable skin, cervical spine hypermobility, odontoid anomaly, macrocytic anaemia, hemochromatosis, hepatomegaly, portal cirrhosis, imperforate anus, rectoperineal fistula, interstitial pulmonary disease, sternal deformity. | abstinence syndrome | <syndrome> A constellation of physiologic changes undergone by persons or animals who have become physically dependent on a drug or chemical due to prolonged use at elevated doses, but who are abruptly deprived of that substance. The abstinence syndrome varies with the drug to which dependence has developed.
