| 설명 | 구조 유전자의 염기 배열 가운데 단백질 합성의 정보를 가진 부분. 최종적으로 mRNA로서 해독될 수 있는 DNA의 부분으로, 진핵생물의 유전 정보는 정보를 가지지 않은 염기의 배열에 의하여 DNA 가운데에서 mRNA에 대응하는 염기배열이 아미노산 배열을 규정하지 않는 인트론으로 분단되어 있는 경우가 많은데, 이 경우에 정보를 가지고 있는 부분을 이른다. 최종적으로 단백질로서 발현하는 유전자의 배열부분. 인트론과 대응되는 유전자 배열부분이다. 일반적으로 진핵생물의 유전자에서는 단백질로서 발현하는 유전자가 발현하지 않는 염기배열(인트론)에 의해 분단되어 존재한다. DNA를 전사한 mRNA(전령 RNA) 전구체에서 mRNA가 되는 단계에서 인트론이 분리되어 유전 정보를 가진 엑손 부분만이 연결되어 mRNA 가 완성되며 이것을 거푸집으로 삼아 단백질이 합성된다. 엑스-선(X-rays) 다양한 성질이 존재하며, 이로 인해 많은 의학적 이용이 가능하다. 1.사진판에 X-선이 닿으면, 까맣게 변하게 하는 성질이 있다. 2.X-선이 밀도가 서로 다른 물질을 통과하게 되면, 각기 통과하는 비율이 달라지므로, 필름에 서로 다른 명암을 표시하여 진단이 가능하도록 해준다. 3.실제로 X-선은 단순한 필름으로는 보이지 않으며, 특수 필름을 사용해야 한다. 4.직진하는 성질이 있다. 따라서 방사선치료에서 이를 이용하여 일정한 범위를 정할 수 있다. 5.주위로 방사능을 전하는 성질이 있다. 방사능은 인체에 유해하여, 심한 경우 암까지 발생시킬 수 있다. 따라서, X-선을 이용하여 촬영시, 방사능오염이 되지 않도록 검사자와, 피검사자 모두 주의를 해야 한다. 6. X-선은 다른 물체와 닿으면, 그 물질을 이온화 시키는 성질이 있다. |
