| 설명 | 오줌에 적혈구가 섞인 것. 적혈구가 파괴되어 혈색소가 섞여 있는 것은 혈색소뇨라고 하여 구별한다. 혈뇨는 빨갛고 탁하여 쉽게 알 수 있는 것도 있지만(육안적 혈뇨), 가벼운 것은 엷게 섞여 있어서 붉은기가 없으므로, 현미경으로 혈구를 조사해 보아야 한다(현미경적 혈뇨). 때로는 암갈색 또는 검은기를 띠는 것도 있다. 요산염뇨-약제(산토닌이나 대황 등)-음식(오디나 착색식품)으로 혈뇨와 비슷한 붉은기를 띠는 일이 있으므로 주의해야 한다. 혈뇨는 요로(콩팥-요관-방광-요도)의 어떤 부위에서도 나타날 수 있는데, 오줌을 채취해 보면 어디서 출혈하고 있는가를 판단할 수 있다. 처음부터 끝까지 혈뇨(전혈뇨)이면 콩팥-요관-방광의 출혈, 오줌의 끝에 혈뇨가 되는 것은(종말혈뇨) 방광목-후부요도로부터의 출혈, 오줌의 시작에 혈뇨가 나오는 것은(초기혈뇨) 요도로부터의 출혈이다. 혈뇨가 생기는 병은 콩팥에서는 콩팥염-콩팥결핵-콩팥종양-콩팥결석-물콩팥-외상-특발성 출혈 등이며, 요관에서는 결석-종양 등이고, 방광에서는 방광염-종양-결석 등이고, 요도에서는 요도염 등이 원인이 된다. |

| exercise asthma | <chest medicine> A disease process that is characterised by paradoxical narrowing of the bronchi (lung passageways) making breathing difficult. Treatment includes bronchodilators which are given orally or delivered as an aerosol (inhaled). Corticosteroids are reserved for more difficult cases. Symptoms include wheezing, difficulty breathing (particularly exhaling air) and tightness in the chest.
