| 설명 | 울혈-염증-상피박리 등의 원인으로 피부나 점막에 오는 여러 자기 모양의 적색 반점. 피부가 국한성으로 홍색을 띠는 일. 유리판으로 압박하면 퇴색하여 보이고, 유리를 떼면 색이 다시 살아난다. 대부분 염증성으로 홍역이나 성홍열에서 볼 수 있는 진피 상층의 모세혈관의 확장-충혈에 의한 것과, 단순성 혈관종에서 볼 수 있는 혈관의 신생에 의한 것이 있다. |

| erythema induratum | A type of panniculitis characterised histologically by the presence of granulomas, vasculitis, and necrosis. It is traditionally considered to be the tuberculous counterpart of nodular vasculitis, but is now known to occur without tuberculous precedent. It is seen most commonly in adolescent and menopausal women, is initiated or exacerbated by cold weather, and typically presents as one or more recurrent erythrocyanotic nodules or plaques on the calves.
