| 설명 | 베타용혈사슬알균에 의한 접촉전염성의 피부 및 피하 조직의 병으로, 전신증상을 동반하는 환부의 발적과 부종을 특징으로 한다. 환부의 경계가 명확하고 번들거리며, 발적, 부종, 압통이 있고 단단하게 만져진다. 때로 작은 물집과 큰물집이 생길 수 있으며, 얼굴과 다리(발가락 사이)가 대표적인 호발 부위다. 고열, 오한, 무력감이 동반된다. |
