| 설명 | 남성에서만 생기는 병으로 요도가 음경의 등쪽에 개구하는 선천성 기형을 말한다. 개구부위에 따라 귀두부, 음경부, 음경의 상부에 있는 뼈인 두덩뼈로 개구하는 치골부의 3가지 형으로 구분된다. 요도개구부가 몸쪽에 가까울수록 음경의 변형과 단소, 성교장애, 방광과 배뇨에 관계된 구조의 이상 등이 동반되고, 요실금(소변이 의지에 관계없이 배뇨되는 현상)의 합병이 많다. |
