| 설명 | 고주파의 전기적 에너지를 이용한 전기수술기의 하나. 고주파전력 500kHz~2MHz를 사용하여 생체를 절개, 지혈(조직의 응고)시키는 수술기계이다. 최근의 외과수술에서 자주 사용된다. 이 기계를 사용함으로써 수술할 때 출혈량을 감소시킬 수 있다. 그러나 한편으로는 잘못 사용하면 수술부위 이외에 손상 등이 발생할 가능성도 있으므로 주의와 적절한 보수적인 관리가 필요하다. |
