| 설명 | 오줌눟는 버릇(습관)에 의하여 방광기능의 조절을 획득한 연령의 어린이가 밤에 자면서 무의식적으로 오줌을 싸는 병증. 대개는 2세의 후반기부터 변기에 오줌눟기하는 것을 알게 되어 3세경부터는 야뇨는 하지 않게 된다. 따라서 그 이후에 무의식적으로 오줌눟기를 자주 하게 되면 야뇨증이 된다. 그러나 이 연령에는 개인차가 있으므로 병적인 것인지 어떤지를 잘 검토할 필요가 있다. 일반적으로 어린이의 약 5%에서 볼 수 있다고 한다. 비뇨기계 또는 신경계에 이상이 있어서 야뇨를 일으키는 일은 오히려 적고, 오줌눟기의 버릇을 너무 서두른 결과인 예가 많다. 오줌눟기의 버릇은 겨울철을 피하고 1세 전후에 시작하는 것이 적당하다. 유아기의 오줌눟기-배변 버릇은 조건반사에 의하는 것이므로, 여러 가지 환경적 인자에 따라 이것이 허물어지는 경우가 있다. 이 때에는 서두르거나 낙심하지 말도록 하며, 처음부터 다시 시작하는 기분으로 해야 한다. 무리하게 밤중에 일으켜 울리면서 오줌눟기 시키는 것은 역효과이다. 또, 민간요법도 있고, 약물요법도 여러 가지가 있지만 확질하지 않다. |
