| 설명 | 한개의 물제가 둘로 보이거나 그림자가 생겨 이중으로 보이는 현상. 두 눈의 상이 겹치지 않아서 생기는 양안복시와 단안으로 보아도 이중으로 보이는 단안복시가 있는데, 전자는 물체에 그림자가 생길 정도이며 난시 등에서 볼 수 있다. 후자는 대뇌뒤통수엽에 있는 시각령의 융상작용(두분에 비치는 외계의 물체상을 합치시키는 작용)의 이상, 또는 안구운동의 이상, 특히 안근마비가 된 경우에 일어난다. 안구는 각 눈의 여섯 개의 안근에 의하여 움직이며, 그 안근의 어떤 것이 마비되면 두 눈의 시선이 같은 목표로 향하지 핞게 된다. 그리고 건강한 눈의 상의 상하좌우 어느 위치에 마비눈의 상이 나타나서 물체가 둘로 보인다. 단안에 일어나는 경우는 수정체탈구, 백내장의 초기, 각막손상이나 난시 등이며, 양안의 경우는 안근마비 등이 원인이 되는 일이 많다. 또 눈피로-히스테리 등 기질적 이상을 거치지 않고 일어나는 일도 있다. |
