| 설명 | 원심력에 의해 용액, 혼합액 또는 현탁액 중에서 비중이 가벼운 부분을 무거운 부분으로부터 분리하는 방법. 원심력의 작용에 의해 성분이나 비중이 다른 물질을 분리-정제-농축하는 원심분리를 이용하여 액체 속의 고체입자를 분리하는 방법. 때로는 서로 용해하지 않는 비중이 다른 액체상태를 분리할 때도 사용된다. 원심분리기는 크게 원심침강기와 원심여과기로 나눈다. |
