| 설명 | 병적인 상태에서 생기는 그릇된 생각. 망상은 사고내용의 장애로 다음과 같은 3가지 특성을 가지고 있는 잘못된 생각이라고 할 수 있다. 1. 확신성: 강한 확신을 갖는다. 2. 정정불능성-무비판성: 믿을 수 있는 사람이, 경험에 비춰볼 때 그런 일은 있을 수 없다고 설득하고 또 그런 사실이 없다는 증거를 보여줘도 자신의 잘못된 판단을 고치려 하지 않는다. 3. 불합리성: 망상의 내용이 불합리하거나 불가능하다. 예를 들면 자기가 신이라고 믿거나, 방에 있는 텔레비젼속에 적이 숨어 있어 자신을 감시하고 있다고 생각하는 등, 실제로는 있을 수 없는 것들에 몰입한다. |

| 설명 | 남을 부러워하는 감정, 또 그것이 고양된 격렬한 증오나 적의. 사랑의 한 형태로서 사랑하고 있는 상대가 자기 이외의 인물을 사랑하고 있을 때 일어나는 대인 감정 같는 것을 말한다. 그러나 사랑의 상대가 자기에게 무관심하고 공존 관계가 없을 경우에는 질투가 되지 않는다. 동기적으로는 직접적으로 성적 동기를 가진 성적 질투와, 일반적으로 사회적 친밀관계의 방해에 동기가 있는 비사회적 질투로 분류할 수 있다. 재산-명예-지위를 대상으로 하는 경우에는 심리학적으로는 극히 유사한 사상이지만, 동기가 다르므로 이를 선망이라고 한다. 질투의 전형은 이미 유아기에 아우의 탄생, 아버지에 대한 어머니의 주의-애무 등에 대해서 나타난다. |
