| 설명 | 병적인 상태에서 생기는 그릇된 생각. 망상은 사고내용의 장애로 다음과 같은 3가지 특성을 가지고 있는 잘못된 생각이라고 할 수 있다. 1. 확신성: 강한 확신을 갖는다. 2. 정정불능성-무비판성: 믿을 수 있는 사람이, 경험에 비춰볼 때 그런 일은 있을 수 없다고 설득하고 또 그런 사실이 없다는 증거를 보여줘도 자신의 잘못된 판단을 고치려 하지 않는다. 3. 불합리성: 망상의 내용이 불합리하거나 불가능하다. 예를 들면 자기가 신이라고 믿거나, 방에 있는 텔레비젼속에 적이 숨어 있어 자신을 감시하고 있다고 생각하는 등, 실제로는 있을 수 없는 것들에 몰입한다. |

| 설명 | 과학적 원리를 응용하여 제품품질의 유지-향상을 기하기 위한 관리. 넓은 뜻으로는 가장 시장성이 높은 제품을 가장 경제적으로 생산하기 위한 일련의 체게적 조치를 가리키나, 일반적으로는 앞의 좁은 뜻의 해석이 통용된다. 초기의 QC는 전제품에 대해 치수-중량-체적이나 재료의 화학적 성분 등을 측정하고, 그것을 미리 정해 놓은 품질표준과 비교하여 적부를 판정하는 방법이 취해졌다. |
