| 설명 | 적혈구를 생산하는 세포로서 핵을 지니며, 정상 건강인 및 태생후기의 골수 속에 존재하는 세포이다. 적모세포는 가장 어린 풋적모구(proerythroblast)로 시작해서 적모세포로 성숙하여 분류된다. 미숙한 것은 핵이 크고 핵속의 염색질이 섬세하다. 성숙함에 따라 핵은 농축되어 작아지고, 혈색소를 갖게 되기 때문에 세포질은 붉은색을 띠게 된다. |
