| 설명 | 1. 어떤 약물이나 자극에 대하여 과잉반응을 나타내는 방향으로 반응성이 변화한 상태. 과민성 반응은 면역반응에 의하여 생기는 병적 과정으로, 즉시형반응과 지연형반응으로 분류된다. 또한 다음의 4형으로 분류되기도 한다. I형은 즉시형 과민성 반응(예컨대 anaphylaxis). II형은 조직항원에 대한 항체에 의하여 생기는 손상(예컨대 콩팥독성 콩팥염). III형은 항원항체복합물, 특히 약간의 항원의 과잉에 의하여 형성되는 용해성 복합물에 의하여 생기는 것(예컨대 아르투스 반응이나 혈청병). IV형은 지연형 과미성 반응(예컨대 접촉성 피부병)이다. 2. 감각이나 감정이 지나치게 예민함. |

| tissue basophil | <cell biology, immunology> Resident cell of connective tissue that contains many granules rich in histamine and heparan sulphate. Release of histamine from mast cells is responsible for the immediate reddening of the skin in a weal and flare response. Very similar to basophils and possibly derived from the same stem cells.
