| 설명 | 양의 장을 재료로 하여 만든 수술용 봉합사. 거트(gut)라고도 한다. 포유동물의 창자에서 추출한 교원질로 된 무균섬유로서 외과용 결찰사로 사용된다. 약품으로 처리하여 강하게 하고, 멸균봉입하여 곧 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 조직을 봉합할 때 자연히 조직 내로 녹아 들어가므로 후에 실을 뽑아낼 필요가 없어 편리하다. 구강. 창자관-복강내 장기의 봉합에 많이 쓰인다. |
