| 설명 | 두부에 생긴 혈종. 뇌혈종이라고도 한다. 머리뼈막 밑에 있으며, 혈액으로 채원진 종괴로써 흔히 난산으로 분만된 신생아에서 볼 수 있다. 두개는 안쪽으로부터 뼈막-널힘줄-머리덮개로 덮여 있는데, 두부에 강한 힘이 가해지면 이들 조직에, 또는 조직과 조직 사이에 혈액이 유출되어 혈종이 형성된다. 외상으로 인하여 머리덮개 안의 혈관이 손상되어 생기는 것으로서 며칠 지나면 자연흡수되거나 소실된다. 특수한 것으로는 신생아 머리혈종이 있는데, 신생아가 좁은 산도를 통과할 때에 강한 압박을 받아 머리변형을 일으키고 뼈아래에 출혈을 일으키는 것이다. 대부분 나이가 많은 초산부가 분만한 아기에게 많고, 여아보다 남아에 많다. 이것은 흡수되기 힘들고 혈종이 경화되는 경우도 있으므로 전문의의 진료가 필요하다. |
