| 설명 | 심장의 수축력을 증감시키는 약물을 말한다. 기본적으로 심근수축력을 증강시켜 심장박출량을 증가시키는 약물이다. 강심배당체, 포스포디에스트라아제 억제제, 아드레날린 β수용체작용제, 혈관확장제 등이 있다. 대표적인 예로서는 디곡신(digoxine) 등의 디지탈리스(digitalis)가 있다. |

| 설명 | 뇌의 바닥에 붙어있는 호르몬을 주로 분비하는 작은 기관인 뇌하수체 후엽에서 분비되는 호르몬으로 콩팥에서 수분의 흡수를 촉진하여 체내에 수분의 양을 늘이는 역할을 한다. 동시에 혈관을 수축시키는 작용이 있어 혈압을 상승시키는 역할도 한다.    |
