| 설명 | 원인불명인 급성의 심장 정지와 이로 인한 급사. 심장근육의 수축이 중단되는 것으로 심장박동이 멎는 것을 의미하지만 여기에는 심장 수술을 위하여 화학물질 혹은 한랭 등으로 일으키는 심장정지도 해당된다. 심장마비는 명확한 개념이라고 말할 수 없다. 이 개념에 포함될 가능성이 있는 병으로서는 심장파열-대동맥류파열-심근경색-급성심장기능상실-자극전도장애(예를 들면, 애덤스-스토크스 증후군), 디프테리아나 장티푸스 등의 급성 전염병의 회복기에 볼 수 있는 심근염-심셀세동, 돌연한 미주신경흥분 등이 있다. |
