| 설명 | 피부와 피하조직의 괴사성 염증으로 부스럼(furuncle)이 집단으로 구성된 것. 화농균이 옮아서 생기는 혹. 목-등-엉덩이-입술 등에 생긴다. 부기나 통증이 심하고, 발열이나 전신 증세도 심하다. 처음에는 크게 붓다가 벌집과 같이 다수의 고름물집이 생기며, 나중에는 고름물집에서 고름이 나온다. 신체의 저항력이 약해졌을 때 생기기 쉬우며, 당뇨병 환자에서 자주 발생하는데 이 경우에는 특히 중증으로 된다. 안정을 취하고 의사의 치료를 받는다. |
