| 설명 | 코로 흡입한 공기는 기관지를 거쳐서 세기관지(기관지에서 분지한 직경 1mm이하의 작은 기관지), 그리고 직접 혈액과 산소와 이산화탄소의 교환이 일어나는 허파꽈리까지 전달된다. 폐렴이란 세기관지의 일부분인 종말세기관지 이하의 부위, 즉 종말세기관지, 호흡세기관지-허파꽈리와 연결되는 세기관지로 이곳에서도 혈액과 공기사이에 산소와 이산화탄소의 교환이 일어난다), 그리고 허파꽈리의 염증을 말하며, 특히 감염으로 인한 급성염증일 경우를 말한다. |

These become clogged with a mucopurulent exudate forming consolidated patches in adjacent lobules.
