| 설명 | 담즙의 주성분으로서 혈색소에서 유래하지만 철을 포함하지는 않는다. 생성되는 곳은 주로 지라, 골수 등의 망내계로, 빌리베르딘을 거쳐 유리형의 빌리루빈으로서 혈중으로 방출된다. 85%는 노화 적혈구의 혈색소에서 유래한다. 유리형 빌리루빈은 물에 녹지 않는다. 혈중에서는 알부민과 결합해 있으며 콩팥에서 배설되지 않으며, 또 신경조직으로의 친화성이 커 알부민과 결합하지 않은 것은 신경독성을 갖는다. 모든 조직과 체액에 분포하며, 간과 콩팥에서 빌리루빈 침착이 현저하다. |
