| 설명 | 우심방과 상대정맥의 연접부에 있는 특별한 신경조직와 동방결절에 의한 심방수축이 방실결절로 전달되면 심실의 수축이 시작된다. 심방-방실결절-심실에서 발생하는 이소성 또는 잠재성 길잡이는 비정상적 심장기능에서 나타나는 수축의 원인이 되기도 한다. 심장 길잡이란 심장근육을 전기로 자극하여 심한 느린맥에서 심장박동률을 증가시키는데 쓰이는 전기적 장치. 심장이 생명 유지에 필요한 최소한의 속도로도 자발적인 수축을 하지 못할 때 심박조율기가 일정하게 고정된 속도의 전기적 자극을 일시적 또는 영구적으로 보낼 수 있다. |
