| 설명 | 난자가 착상되어 임신이 시작된 것. 임신은 수정으로 시작하여 출산으로 끝난다. 수정은 정자와 난자가 자궁관 내에서 결합하는 것을 이르는 말이며, 임신-성립의 시작이다. 난자는 수정하여 발육을 개시하는 능력이 배란 후 몇 시간 이내이고, 정자는 약 48시간인데, 드물게는 약 1주간이나 유효한 경우도 있으며, 사정 후 2~3시간만에 자궁관의 난소 가까이까지 이른다. 따라서 대개는 정자가 먼저 수정장소(대체로 자궁관의 팽대부)에 가서 대기하다가 난자가 도달하면 정자 중 하나만이 난자와 결합하는 것으로 보고 있다. |
