| 설명 | 땀으로 피부가 자극되어 생기는 발진. 좁쌀 크기의 붉은색 도는 무색 발진이 오밀조밀하게 돋아 가렵고 따가운데, 특히 살과 살이 맞닿는 부위에 땀이 고여 있을 때 많이 생긴다. 땀이 표피로 분비되는 도중의 어느 부위에서 통로가 폐쇄되어 분비되지 못하고 축적되어 나타나는 병태이다. 치료는 우선 환자를 시원한 곳으로 옮기며 땀이 증발하도록 환풍기 등을 사용한다. 또한 증상에 따라 연고나 항히스타민제 등을 사용한다. |
