| 설명 | 눈의 한 부분. 밖에서 볼 때 검은자 부위를 덮고 있는 볼록하고 투명한 부위를 이르는 말이다. 무색투명하고 볼록렌즈 모양으로 생겼다. 이 부분은 빛을 투과하고 또 빛을 꺽이게 하여 눈에서 필름부위에 해당하는 망막에 물체의 상이 맺히게 하는 역할을 한다. |

| endothelium-derived relaxing factor | A labile humoral agent released by the vascular endothelium that mediates the relaxation induced by some vasodilators such as acetylcholine and bradykinin. Edrf also inhibits platelet aggregation, induces disaggregation of aggregated platelets, and inhibits platelet adhesion to the vascular endothelium. These actions are believed to be mediated through stimulation of guanylate cyclase and the consequent elevation of cyclic guanosine 3',5'-monophosphate.
