| 설명 | 사람 유두종바이러스의 감염에 의한 병이다. 뾰족콘딜로마와 편평콘딜로마가 있으며 후자가 더 흔하다. 흔히 다발로 나타나며 회음부, 외음부, 항문 주위, 질 등에 호발 한다. 조직소견으로 섬유사이질조직으로 지지되는 중층편평세포의 가지모양 증식이 특징이며 상피세포 핵주위의 공포형성이 주된 소견이다. |
