| 설명 | 임신시 자궁내에서 태아는 얇은 막에 둘러쌓여 있고 이 막과 태아 사이에는 액체가 있다. 이 막을 양막이라고 하고 양막속의 액체를 양수(amniotic fluid)라고 한다. 태아기의 이상을 진단하기위해서 이 양수를 뽑아서 검사를 할 수 있는데 이렇게 양수를 산모의 배에서 주사기로 뽑는 행위를 양수천자라고 한다. |
