| 설명 | 현실과의 괴리감, 망상, 환각, 양가성, 부적절한 감정, 기이하고 퇴행된 행동 등의 정신증상을 특징으로 하는 주요 정신병의 일종. 정신병을 분류한 국제적 규약(DSM-Ⅲ R)에 의하면 긴장형, 해리형, 망상형, 잔여형, 비분류형으로 분류된다. ① 긴장형(catatonic type): 과잉되고 때때로 과격한 행동이나 지나친 억제를 특징으로 한다. ② 해리형(disorganized type): 부적절한 감정, 바보같은 행동, 퇴행, 건강염려증 등을 특징으로 한다. ③ 망상형(paranoid type): 피해망상이나 과대망상을 주축으로 하여 종종 환각을 동반하는 형이다. 이 병의 본태는 아직 완전히 규명된 것은 아니지만 근래에 와서 치료법이 많이 발달되었다. 특히 신경안정제의 발달에 힘입어 치유율은 높아졌다. 이런 약물요법 이외에도 정신요법-생활요법-작업요법-환경요법 등으로 치료효과는 크게 상승하고 있다. 이 병에 걸리면 어떻게 되는가 하는 예후문제는 국가와 학자와 시대에 따라서 통계숫자에 차이가 생기는 것은 어쩔 수 없는 일이지만, 여러 통계를 통합하여 볼 때 약 1/3은 치유되어 사회복귀를 하고, 1/3 또는 그보다 약간 많은 숫자는 병세가 호전되어 약간의 결함상태를 가진 채 사회활동에 참여할 수 있게 되며, 약 1/3이 병세가 호전되지 않아 병자로서 일생을 미치게 된다고 한다. 일찍이 병을 발견하여 전문의사와 치료를 받는 데에 따라서 예후가 달라진다. |

After the test is complete, a correlation is made between the symptoms or activities recorded and the ECG pattern that was obtained simultaneously.
