| 설명 | 가족을 치료 대상으로 하는 심리요법 중의 하나. 가족중의 문제는 문제를 가진 개인만이 아니라 문제 가족을 대상으로 해결해 나갈 필요가 있다는 인식을 바탕으로 하여 가족 전체의 심리적 성숙을 목표로 한 요법이다. 크게 나누어 가족 중의 특정인을 대상으로 하여 각각 다른 독립된 치료를 하는 병행심리요법과 가족 전체를 동시 면접하는 방법을 주로 하는 합동가족요법이 있는데, 특히 후자를 가리켜 가족요법 이라고 하는 경우가 많다. |

| 설명 | 뇌에 장애나 병이 있어 지능이 아주 낮고 정신이 박약한 것. 또는 그런 사람. 지능발육지연에 관한 이전의 분류에서 I.Q.가 25이하의 경우를 말한다. 전체 정신지체자의 약 5%를 차지한다. 여러 가지 원인이 있으나, 일반적으로 병리해부적으로 이상소견이 많고, 임상적으로 다른 기형이나 신경학적 증세를 가지고 있다. 가장 심한 경우는 지적인 데가 전혀 없고, 걷는 일, 앉는 일마저 하지 못하며, 자동운동-반사운동의 한계를 벗어나지 못한다. 보통으로 심한 경우는 지적인 발달과 언어의 발달이 엿보이나 구음불완전으로 말수가 매우 적다. 대개가 정감의 발달이 결여되고 주위 사물에 대한 주의나 흥미도 없다. 지각도 둔하며, 말초 감각기관은 정상인 데도 시각-청각-촉각의 분화 발달은 볼 수 없어 극히 미미하고 막연한 지각에 지나지 않는다. |

| colon cancer, family history of | Colorectal cancer can run in families. The colon cancer risk is higher if an immediate (first-degree) family member (parents, siblings or children) had colorectal cancer and even higher if more than one such relative had colorectal cancer or if a family member developed the cancer at young age (younger than 55 years). Under any of these circumstances, individuals are recommended to undergo a colonoscopy every three years starting at an age that is 7-10 years younger than when the youngest family member with the cancer wasdiagnosed.
