| 설명 | 넓은 뜻으로는 I형, II형, III형 및 IV형의 알레르기 반응에 의해서 생기는 모든 병을 가리킨다. 그러나 보통 알레르기병이라고 하면 좁은 뜻을 가리키는 경우가 많고, I형의 알레르기반응에 의해서 생기는 것을 가리킨다. 즉 아토피병과 마찬가지 뜻으로 해석되는 경우가 많고, 기관지천식, 알레르기코염, 알레르기점막염, 두드러기, 아나필락시스 등이 여기에 속한다. |

| 설명 | 피부내의 출혈로 인하여, 피부 표피를 통하여 쉽게 보이는 자홍색 혹은 적갈색 반점을 특징으로 하는 일련의 질환을 총칭하는 용어이다. 대개 홍반과 구별해야 하는 데 홍반은 피부밑의 혈관이 팽창하여 붉게 보이는 현상으로 투명한 자를 이용하여 피부를 눌러서 관찰해보면 쉽게 구별이 가능하다. 이때 홍반은 붉은 색이 없어지지만, 자반은 붉은 색이 없어지지 않는다. |

| allergic asthma | <chest medicine> A disease process that is characterised by paradoxical narrowing of the bronchi (lung passageways) making breathing difficult. Treatment includes bronchodilators which are given orally or delivered as an aerosol (inhaled). Corticosteroids are reserved for more difficult cases. Symptoms include wheezing, difficulty breathing (particularly exhaling air) and tightness in the chest. Factors which can exacerbate asthma include rapid changes in temperature or humidity, allergies, upper respiratory infections, exercise, stress or smoke (cigarette). See: status asthmaticus.
