| 설명 | 1.오줌에서 알부민이 나오는 현상. 정상인에선 요중에 알부민이 거의 검출되지 않다. 따라서 오줌에서 알부민이 나온다는 것은 병적인 상태(특히 콩팥의)를 의미한다. 2.일반적으로 단백뇨의 의미로 쓰이기도 한다. 즉 반드시 알부민이 아니더라도 일정량 이상의 단백질이 소변을 통해 나오는 것을 말한다. |
